Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete the data Herniel CoS holds about you at any time. This page explains the two ways to request deletion and what happens next.

Option 1 — Request deletion by email

Email support@hapibit.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

So we can find your records, please include:

• your Facebook account name;
• the name of the connected Facebook Page;
• your Instagram username; and
• the email address you used with the service, if available.

Option 2 — Remove the app in your Facebook settings

Removing Herniel CoS from your Facebook account automatically sends us a data deletion request through Meta:

1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy → Settings.
2. Select Apps and Websites.
3. Find Herniel CoS and choose Remove.

When Meta notifies us, we start deletion and issue a confirmation code together with a status URL (shown by Facebook as part of the removal flow) where you can check your request.

What we delete

We will delete the data associated with your connected accounts, including:

• account connection data (Facebook user ID, Facebook Page ID and name, Instagram Business account ID and username, Business Portfolio ID);
• access tokens; and
• publishing logs (media URLs, captions, publish statuses, post IDs, and error logs).

Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request, unless we are required to retain certain records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons. Any data retained for such a reason is kept only as long as necessary for that purpose.
